Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If your Véa order arrives damaged, broken or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we will replace it or refund it in full — with return shipping at our cost.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened, unused, with the original seal intact and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, any product that has been opened, used or unsealed cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to request a return: message us on WhatsApp or Instagram (@vea.eg) with your order number, or reach us through our Contact page, and we will arrange the pickup.

Shipping costs: for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer or e-wallet.
